Current Projects
Here is where I will upload and current projects I am doing, feel free to have a read and look around!

One of my current projects is my radio show on Scratch. This is the university’s radio station, which has been running for many years and consists of various different themed shows. I help to present a show on a Thursday evening 7-9. The shows theme evolves around 'throwback Thursday' which includes all types of older music; some disco, RnB and Pop.
The radio show is co-hosted by another student which helps when presenting the show as it is easier to communicate and produce content for the show. Producing content for the show can sometimes be difficult as we have to create content which can not only be interesting and talkative topics, but also topics in which we can try and interact and indorse the audience.

Scratch radio has improved my presenting skill and confidence while being on the mic. Doing Scratch has helped me become are more confident radio presenter and it has also worked along side my radio modules. Scratch has helped me improve my radio technical skills and my radio course has helped my understand the background and work behind a radio station.

A current project which we had to partake in was to create and broadcast a radio station live for a week. I presented with my Scratch co-host and we decided on a show at 6pm till 8pm, called The Soul Jam Show.

About Me
I’m a student at Birmingham City University, studding media and communications, aspiring to work in the media industry.
I first got into media when I was at college. I was sceptical at the beginning, not knowing what to except, but all I can say, is that it has changed my life. I’ve always wanted to get into the media industry from a young age and now I am pursuing my passion at Birmingham city university.

I have a passion for creating visual content and audio content. I am currently in my Final year at BCU. I’m studying radio and researching the media industry. I was never really into radio, but since learning about it, it has become a new passion of mine. Just sitting behind the mic and creating great audio content for everyone to listen too, It’s something special. There is such a variety of ways to express yourself through radio, may that be through music or what you broadcast to everyone.
I also have a huge passion for sound and now I'm coming near the end of my university degree I am aiming to find a job within the sound industry. I have experience on multiple tv projects when I have been the sound supervisor and want to now take the next step in joining a sound company.

I never limit myself to just one topic, I always want to learn something new, or create new content, and I’m always willing to spread my wings and create content for something I wouldn’t normally do
